Service into Alaska, HI, and PR and any other request need to be quoted via USPS and will COST extra. This is NOT included in the free shipping option.

All orders are shipped to your CONFIRMED ebay physical address. Any other option or request is

Pick up fee from our warehouse is FREE.
Your own shipping arrangements are subject to a handling fee of 15%, depending on the order.

Return Policy
Please notify us within 10 days of INVOICE DATE for shipping damage or condition issues.
RMA’s are issued within 14 days of RECEIPT to receive an RMA (return material authorization) number.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
RMA can take up to 7 days to process after we receive the item back.
RMA is valid for 10 working days, afterwhich the item will be refused.
All items found to be NON defective are subject to a partial refund fee upwards of 50%.
We will either fix or exchange (at our discretion) and ship back to you at our expense.
