Shipping Policy:

your shipment, we will post it promptly. We do not ship products to PO Box or
APO/FPO addresses.
Exchange / Return Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns for buyer
error where incorrect or incompatible item are purchased. Please note that
products which are determined to be defective by either the manufacturer or
it-techsales may be eligible for replacement at our discretion. Please review
all available photos prior to bidding and verify compatibility. The buyer
must contact us via email in order to request a RMA prior to shipping the
product back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns
must be in the original packaging complete with all accessories and
paperwork. Products returned without an RMA will be refused. Items returned
that are determined to be missing accessories or parts, or not in the
original condition they were shipped will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking
fee. Damaged shipments should be refused at the time of arrival and the
carrier notified of this. Please contact us right away in this case, we will
then file the insurance claim and process another shipment to replace the
broken item if possible.
